I'm Lindsay Gauble — an MBA candidate, SHRM-certified HR professional, and small business consultant based in Champaign, IL. But before any of that, I spent over 25 years working in food service, including more than a decade in management.

That means when I sit down with a restaurant owner or small business operator, I'm not just bringing business school theory. I understand the thin margins, the staffing headaches, the long hours, and the constant challenge of building a brand while running the day-to-day.
